All tags ship first class mail USPS in ziplock bags for safe keeping with key ring for attachment.
There is no guarantee on crystals. Tags with crystals should be worn with care – daily wear will result in crystal loss sooner rather than later. You CAN send them back for free repairs.
You should receive an email with order confirmation and another once your tag has shipped.
